Our Experience
After working in various roles with many IT solution providers, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and IT vendors within the government, education, and commercial market spaces since 1996, we decided to form a company to address the most common challenges those organizations encounter:
(1) IT documentation most accurately reflecting existing conditions, (2) IT solution designs that meet both business and technical requirements, and (3) IT projects that result in the delivery of IT solution designs that meet defined expectations.

IT is the framework on which organizations are building each day, and as such, that framework needs to be anchored on a solid foundation of IT documentation management, IT solution management, and IT project management...and that is exactly what IT Foundation Services is focused on providing!
The goal of ITFS is to establish a groundwork for better IT service delivery. We accomplish this through a methodology that we have developed and is referred to as ADE, a suffix denoting the product or result of an action or process.
The methodology is relatively straightforward, but the results are extensive. The first step is to capture and evaluate an organizations’ IT posture and provide ongoing IT documentation management with our ITFS Assess service. The logical next step is to address the results of the IT Assessment by developing requirements for IT solutions that are tailored to the organizations’ IT needs in relation to their respective industries and business directions through our ITFS Design service. The final step is to assist organizations in managing the execution of their IT Designs utilizing our ITFS Execute service.
The “ADE”, or results of this process? Insightful IT documentation, solution designs addressing organizational requirements, and systematic project management of those solutions in meeting organizational expectations.

An IT Consultant-based service that includes the collection of all IT-related documentation which is analyzed against industry standards, best-practices, and like-industry architectures — and this is an ongoing service to ensure the documentation continues to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible WHENEVER it is needed!

An enhancement to the ITFS-Axx service...this takes the IT infrastructure documentation package and further enhances it by providing IT Solution Architect-based services resulting in the development of the business and technical requirements pertinent to the solutions being considered - and this too is an ongoing service to ensure the requirements for all future IT solution designs are as complete & accurate as possible!
ITFS-Exx
[IT Consult-Project Mgmt]
An enhancement to the ITFS-Axx and ITFS-Dxx services...it combines the IT infrastructure documentation package plus the requirements documentation and further enhances it by providing IT Project Management-based services, resulting in the necessary coordination of efforts for the solution being implemented - and this is an ongoing service to ensure proper management of all future IT solutions to best meet expectations!
